Our esteemed Club Vice President, Ismail Shareef, took an active role in the two-day Impact Workshop (Culmination Event) of The Asia Foundation’s CSO Strengthening Project. The workshop, held on December 11-12, 2024, at Villa College, brought together key stakeholders from across the Maldives to reflect on the project’s journey, celebrate its achievements, and collaboratively plan for the future of civil society organizations (CSOs).
The event served as a platform to highlight the transformative progress made by CSOs in fostering community development and resilience. It also emphasized the critical role of collaboration and capacity building in empowering grassroots initiatives. Ismail Shareef’s participation underscores our club’s commitment to community well-being, unity, and sustainable development—values that align with the objectives of this impactful project.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to The Asia Foundation for their invaluable support and generous contributions to this initiative. Their dedication to strengthening CSOs across the Maldives is a testament to their unwavering commitment to building stronger, more connected communities.
Our club remains proud to be part of such efforts and looks forward to integrating insights gained from the workshop into our ongoing programs. Together, let us continue working toward a brighter, more sustainable future.
